GENERAL TRAINING:
Monday - Thursday: 3.00pm - 8.00pm
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: 8.00am - 1.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
Public Holidays: CLOSED
General Training is scheduled each session at either the Competition Arena or Warm Up Arena subject to change. Please monitor this website and venue signage for location details and closure dates due to major events.
Athletes are advised to bring own equipment.
